At the end of the day people will only do what is best for them and tugging on the heart strings to ‘do what is right’ will often fall short of the result that’s needed.

In essence, being sustainable means making the most efficient use of resources

and therefore will always be the most cost-effective long-term solution.

If the product, method or technique does not provide the most benefit or is not the most cost effective,

it will probably not survive to become part of the solution.
