This is a demonstration of the approach a delivery owner would run, not a product.
Schedule, procurement, freight, the network fabric, DCIM, commissioning, cost and RAID normally sit in separate tools. Each of them is correct. None of them knows about the others, and the work of running the programme is the reconciliation between them, done by a person, by hand, on a Thursday.
Connect them and a customs hold on a container becomes a movement in the delivery date, which becomes a change to the commissioning sequence, which becomes a decision someone has to make this week rather than a surprise next quarter. An uncleared control becomes megawatts of sold-at-risk capacity before it becomes a missed handover.
Nothing on this console carries a status that could be computed. Lead times, purchase order dates, dependencies, labour rates and scan events are facts. Dates, RAG, the critical path, sold-at-risk and time-to-revenue are worked out from them, so they move on their own.
