I haven't delivered an AI factory
Almost nobody has. And that's the point.
I haven't delivered an AI factory. Almost nobody has, and that's the point.
I've spent thirty years on the delivery end of data centres and networks, ground-up builds, carrier migrations, standards, commissioning, handover. The AI factory is the new application of an old discipline, not a new track record.
So I'm going to write about the part that gets the least attention.
Not the chips. Not the platform. Not the clever layer on top.
Taking the intent, what the business actually set out to build, and getting it delivered.
My take. Not a playbook for anyone else.
A note on method: I built an intelligence agent that reads the market and sources it, the announcements, the numbers, the grid and planning shifts. It does the legwork. The take is mine. The agent gathers, I judge.
Say what you've done, then say where it applies. The rest is noise.
Written from inside the work. The take is mine; the agent gathers, I judge.
